On Friday I tried Mike Donavanik’s Extreme Burn and can I just say
I have never sweated that much in 30 minutes! It was an awesome workout that I’m still feeling. Now I haven’t done day two yet (That’s going to have to be tomorrow) but I’m really excited! I won’t go recommending it to anyone yet since I just started and it’s way too soon to see any changes, but I’ll write an update about it again in a few weeks!
